The Alpha Platform and Alpha Leadership Academy (“Alpha”, “we”, “us”, “our”) are designed to help you grow in identity, leadership, and emotional strength. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Not medical, legal, or psychological advice

Alpha is an educational and coaching experience. Nothing on the Platform, in the Academy, or in our communications is medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and should seek professional help where appropriate.

2. Appropriate use

You agree to use Alpha respectfully. You will not harass, harm, or attempt to exploit other users; interfere with the security or operation of the Platform; or use Alpha in any way that is unlawful where you live.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login details secure. If you believe someone else has accessed your account, you agree to notify us promptly so we can help protect it.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform—including principles, daily reps, lessons, videos, branding, and underlying technology—is owned by Alpha or used with permission. You may not copy, repost, resell, or redistribute materials from Alpha without our written consent, other than for your own personal growth and non-commercial use.

5. Changes to the Platform

We may update or change parts of the Platform, including features, content, or access rules. We may also update these Terms as Alpha grows. When we make meaningful changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. If you continue using Alpha after changes, you accept the updated Terms.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if we believe you are misusing Alpha, violating these Terms, or putting other users at risk. You may also stop using Alpha at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

As far as the law in your area allows, Alpha is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific results. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Some locations do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability will be limited to the maximum allowed by law.
